The tender process is crucial and often surrounded by formalia and rules, especially for public tenders. One important rule is to have a clear deadline by which all offers must have been submitted. In order to facilitate the management of this process, we now introduce the possibility to set a deadline for the download of documents in the document set used to publish the tender documentation. After this date no documents can be downloaded from the set and you can sleep better at night knowing that the process is compliant. The deadline can be set for any document set when you publish it and can be changed afterwards if the tender period, for instance, changes.
