Template folder easier to find for administrators
In order to make it easier to find and use the template folder where you can store document templates for your users to create new documents based on, this is now moved to its own fixed location above the recycle bin in the document folder structure.
Mentions in document comments
With the September release we introduce more collaboration for documents by making it possible to mention other users and groups in the comments. Just type @ and it will bring up a list of the groups and users that are possible to notify. An email notification will be sent to the users and they can also see on the start page when they log in[..]
More information in the document panel
The document history log contains information about all that has happened with the document since it was created on Webforum. We now move it to a more prominent place in the history tab on the document panel. The history log is available to users with a minimum permission of “Update” on the document.
Comments in the document panel
Webforum is a tool for structured collaboration. One way of keeping the conversation around a document structured is to keep it in the comments for the documents rather than in an email. Reinvite to project
