There are many ways to get access to projects in Webforum. The most common way is by getting an invite from the project admin but it’s also possible that someone adds a user to the project group though the admin interface or in a user import. Easy to check and edit project groups when setting up permissions

Like I like to say, easy permissions make safe permissions. More and more of our customers work in projects and use project groups to set up permissions.
